1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, deploying server instances, or utilizing Dino Hosters computing hardware, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not access our services.

2. User Obligations & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, SFTP keys, and API tokens. Any network activity originating from your provisioned instance is attributed directly to your account.

3. Acceptable Infrastructure Usage & Prohibitions

The following activities strictly breach our acceptable use policy and result in immediate termination:

Launching, facilitating, or participating in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.

Cryptocurrency mining or non-consensual CPU stress scripts on shared threads.

Port scanning, vulnerability probing, or hosting malicious botnets/malware.

Hosting un-licensed copyrighted software or media in violation of international copyright laws.

4. Network & Hardware SLA

We maintain a 99.99% network uptime SLA on our core routing equipment in Frankfurt. Dedicated RAM, NVMe storage, and compute allocations are strictly isolated per container without overselling.
