We stand behind our Ryzen 9 7950X3D hardware performance. If you are dissatisfied with your game server or VPS within the first 48 hours of initial order placement, you are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero questions asked.
2. How to Claim a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply open a support ticket under the "Billing" department within 48 hours of service provisioning. Our finance team processes refunds to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
3. Exceptions & Exclusions
Refunds are not granted in cases where services are suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious exploits). Dedicated VDS bare metal orders with custom hardware builds are non-refundable after physical setup.
